Privacy policy
Who this policy covers
This policy explains how the TĀNEMA Estate project team handles personal information in connection with this website and property enquiries. For privacy questions, access requests or complaints, contact the project team at tabarruk@cag.world and mark your message “Privacy”. The legal entity responsible for any proposed transaction will be identified in the relevant transaction documents.
Information you choose to provide
If you contact us, we receive the details you send, which may include your name, email address, phone number, country, property interests and correspondence. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not send passport copies, bank details or sensitive financial documents through the website enquiry form. If further information is needed for a transaction, the collection purpose and appropriate delivery method should be explained separately.
How the enquiry form works
The form prepares a draft in your email application. It does not submit your enquiry to a website database. The project team receives your message only when you send it. Your email provider processes that transmission under its own terms. Providing information is voluntary, although we may be unable to respond or arrange a requested discussion without suitable contact details.
Why information is used
Information provided for an enquiry is used to respond, supply requested project material, arrange discussions or viewings and manage related correspondence. It may also be used where necessary to maintain records, address complaints, protect security or meet legal obligations. An enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing. You may ask us to stop optional follow-up communications.
Website operation and external services
The supplied website code does not include advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Fonts are served with the website assets. Hosting and email services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details and delivery or security logs to operate their services. Browser caching may store site resources on your device. External links, including maps and official information sites, are governed by those providers’ own privacy practices when you visit them.
Sharing and overseas processing
Enquiry information may be shared with project representatives, professional advisers or service providers where needed to handle your request, support a proposed transaction or meet a legal obligation. It should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for that purpose. Hosting or email providers may process information outside New Zealand. Where overseas disclosure is subject to the Privacy Act 2020, applicable protection requirements must be met. Personal information is not offered for sale through this website.
Retention and security
Enquiry records should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which they were collected, including relevant legal and recordkeeping requirements. Reasonable safeguards should be used to protect them against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No website or email service can promise absolute security. Contact us promptly if you believe information sent to the project team has been compromised.
Access, correction and complaints
You may request access to personal information held about you or ask for a correction by emailing tabarruk@cag.world. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Requests are handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020, including applicable timeframes and lawful exceptions. If a requested correction is not made, you may ask for a statement of correction to be attached. You can raise concerns with the project team or complain to the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when website features or information-handling practices change. The version displayed here applies to current use. Material changes should be reflected in the policy before the changed practice begins. Last updated: 30 September 2026.
Website disclaimer
Purpose and status of information
This website introduces TĀNEMA Estate and potential property or development opportunities. It provides general information, not personalised property, legal, financial, tax or immigration advice. It is not a financial product disclosure statement or a binding offer to enter a transaction. Enquiries do not create a reservation, agency relationship or contractual commitment.
Project documents and approvals
Availability, ownership, title arrangements, boundaries, building platforms, floor areas, specifications and consent status must be checked against current professional and legal documents. Proposed subdivision and development remain subject to the approvals and conditions that apply. References to a programme, future residence or potential transaction do not confirm that every required consent has been obtained. Any sale or participation is subject to the agreed written terms and required approvals.
Plans, images and measurements
Photographs and architectural illustrations serve different purposes. Photographs show the subject at the time taken. Renders, landscape treatments, furniture and proposed buildings illustrate a design concept and do not establish an approved design, surveyed boundary or completed outcome. Views, vegetation and surrounding development may change. Dimensions and areas on the website should be verified from current survey, title and architectural documentation. Do not use website imagery for construction, boundary identification or measurement.
Estimates, programme and investment risk
Development values, completion targets and other forecasts are estimates based on assumptions that may change. Gross realisation is not net profit, an independent valuation or a promised sale price. Costs, financing, market conditions, consenting and delivery can affect outcomes. Historical or current rental income does not promise future income or returns. Review current financial modelling, assumptions, fees, risks and transaction documents with your own advisers before committing funds.
Overseas acquisition and immigration
Property acquisition and immigration are separate processes. A property purchase does not itself grant a visa, residence or permanent residence. Acceptable investment requirements, overseas investment consent and personal eligibility must be assessed for the proposed structure and applicant under the rules then in force. Do not assume that a residence purchase or development participation qualifies under an investor visa category. Obtain advice from a licensed New Zealand immigration adviser or another person legally authorised to provide it.
Accuracy and third-party material
Reasonable care is intended in presenting project information, but details may become outdated or require clarification. Ask the project team for current documentation and notify us of apparent errors. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement or a promise about their content or availability. Travel times and location descriptions are indicative and depend on route, services and conditions.
Responsibility and protected rights
You should undertake independent due diligence appropriate to your circumstances. To the extent permitted by law, responsibility is not accepted for loss arising solely from use of general website information or interruption of website access. Nothing in this notice excludes or restricts any right, remedy, obligation or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under applicable consumer, fair trading and privacy law. This notice does not override express obligations in a signed agreement or excuse misleading representations.
