Investor questions

The details that matter.

Is the estate already generating income?

The owner reports that the completed first residence is rented and generating income. Request the current tenancy agreement, rent roll, expenses and supporting records. No yield has been independently verified for this website.

Are the other homes approved or built?

The four additional homes are proposed. Lots 2 and 3 are planned as the next construction stage, subject to the necessary approvals and delivery arrangements. Confirm the current consent status and start dates with the project team.

Can I buy the estate outright?

The owner is inviting discussions about an outright acquisition as well as investment in the project. Scope, pricing and transaction terms are subject to agreement.

Are returns or future values guaranteed?

No. Development, market, financing and approval risks remain. Any future financial model requires independent review and should not be treated as a guaranteed outcome.
